Sherie has been teaching yoga in the Missoula area since 2001. When she is not teaching yoga she loves to spend time with her family and 3 dogs. You can find her outside hiking, camping, spending time in nature, reading a good book or planning her next adventure in the world.

Julie has spent the last 30 years in the realm of social work in the state court system, foster care, and finally private practice. Her continued education has led her to begin pursuing a passion project of teaching journaling, vision boards, and other mindful practices.
